The Smart Price Beat applies to employees whose employers have a contract with any one of the Promoters.

The directors, management, and employees of any of the Promoters, and their immediate families, as well as the Promoters’ related companies, agencies, suppliers.

All employees of the Queensland Government, NSW Department of Health and employees of employers which do not allow e-gift card offers are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry.

This offer involves the Promoter seeking to price beat a dealer vehicle drive away price (including on-road costs) (Dealer Vehicle Price) on a new, in-stock and available vehicle via a novated lease for the exact same vehicle arranged by the Promoter. If the Promoter cannot source the exact same vehicle for a vehicle price (including on-road costs) which is at least $200 less than the Dealer Vehicle Price and the employee enters into a novated lease with the Promoter for the exact same vehicle (including same make, colour, model, variant, accessories, build/compliance dates, options and on-road costs) and the novated lease settles during the Offer Period, the Promoter will provide the employee with a $500 e-gift card to their nominated email address within 60 days of settlement (Offer).

To be eligible to receive the Offer:

• the employee must provide the Promoter with a copy of a valid current written quote (Dealer Quote) from a dealer showing the Dealer Vehicle Price for the vehicle and which shows a delivery commitment from that dealer;

• The Dealer Quote must be less than 30 days old and must not be a contract of sale or vehicle order already placed with a dealer; and

• The vehicle subject to the novated lease entered into with the Promoter must be sourced and procured through the Promoter and the finance for the novated lease must be arranged by the Promoter from the Promoter’s panel of financiers.

If the employee cancels the novated lease for the vehicle prior to settlement of the vehicle, the employee will not be eligible to receive the Offer.

Some car manufacturers have set pricing and are therefore excluded from the Offer. These include BYD, Denza, BMW, Porsche, Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Cadillac, Ineos, Polestar, Zeekr, XPENG and Honda. Used and demonstrator vehicles are also excluded from the Offer.

The Promoters reserve the right to end or amend the Offer at any time with notice on the Promoters’ website.
