Entry Restrictions

The directors, management, and employees of any of the Promoters, and their immediate families, as well as the Promoters’ related companies, agencies, suppliers and all employees of NSW Health, the Queensland Government and Viva Energy are not eligible to enter.

Entrants into this Promotion must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry.

Promotion Period

Promotion commences 0:01am [AEDT] on Monday, 1 December 2025 and ends at 11:59pm [AEDT] on Friday, 9 January 2026.

Entry Method Subject to the Entry Restrictions above, Smart and Autopia customers will receive one (1) entry into the draw each time they use their Smart or Autopia Shell Fuel Card to purchase fuel during the Promotion Period (minimum 30 litres in a single transaction - limited to maximum one (1) entry per transaction) at any of the Shell service stations listed here: https://www.shell.com.au/motorists/fuel-finder.html. (Eligible Purchase)

Multiple entries permitted. The more Eligible Purchases a Smart or Autopia customer makes, the more entries into the draw they will receive.
Prize Pool The total prize pool is valued at $5,000 AUD consisting of five (5) individual prizes.

Each individual prize is comprised of one (1) Flight Centre “e-Gift Card” valued at $1,000 AUD (eGift Card).

eGift Cards are valid for use for 24 months. eGift Cards must be used by the recipient and cannot be transferred to another user. eGift Cards can be used towards partial payment of a product or can be used across multiple transactions. Any products purchased over the total of an eGift Card amount will require additional payment. The eGift Cards must be used on travel products sold by Flight Centre. Flight Centre staff can help to recommend products available and pricing. An eGift Card cannot be refunded for cash or transferred. eGift Cards must be processed for use through the groups team store and may not be used online or in alternate Flight Centre stores. The fulfilment of all conditions of the eGift Cards will be directly between Flight Centre and any recipient. The Promoters accept no liability for any dispute between the recipients and Flight Centre in relation to the recipient’s use of the e-Gift Cards. Flight Centre terms and conditions will apply.
Prize Draw Five (5) winners will be selected at random using a randomiser software tool from the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The Prize Draw will take place at 2:00pm [AEDT] on Thursday, 15 January 2026 at the Promoter’s premises being, Level 15, Darling Park Tower 2, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.

Each e-Gift Card will be sent via email within 30 days of the winner claiming their prize.

Notification Details

Winners will be notified in writing by email within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw.

The name/s (last name, first initial) and postcode of the winners will also be published online at https://www.smart.com.au and https://autopia.com.au within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw.

Prize Claim Date and Time The winner will have ten (10) business days, from the date they are notified of their win, to claim their prize by following the prompts in the Promoter’s notification email.
Unclaimed Prize Draw If a prize is unclaimed, an Unclaimed Prize Draw will take place at 2:00pm [AEDT] on Tuesday, 17 February 2026 at the Promoter’s premises being, Level 15, Darling Park Tower 2, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.

Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

The name/s (last name, first initial) and postcode of the winners (if awarded in the Unclaimed Prize Draw) will be published online at https://www.smart.com.au and https://autopia.com.au within five (5) business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

GENERAL

 

  1. All information set out in the Schedule, including regarding the Prize Pool and Entry Restrictions, forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for the cost of, or any other costs related to, the entrants’ access to the Promoter’s network of salary packaging or novated leasing companies’ websites or applications, including but not limited to the cost of internet connection or bandwidth usage.

  3. Prizes or any unused portion of any prize are not transferable or Prizes or any unused portion of any prize cannot be taken as cash and no prizes are redeemable for cash.

  4. All entries become and will remain the property of the Promoter.

  5. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

  6. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner, and have claimed the prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

  7. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct and accurate, so that they can be contacted by their given email address, if they If the Promoter or its authorised agents are unable to contact the winner for whatever reason, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion may redraw the prize; in which case, the original winner’s entitlement will lapse.

  1. As a condition of accepting a prize in this Promotion, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
  2. In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes at its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value without prior notice to you, subject to any written directions from the various regulatory authorities.
  3. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, employment and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

  6. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.

  7. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

  8. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

  1. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. Each Promoter will use and handle PI as set out in the privacy policy, which can be viewed online at https://www.smartgroup.com.au/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy). In addition to any use that may be outlined in the privacy policy, the Promoter may, for a reasonable period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt
