Entry Restrictions	The directors, management, and employees of any of the Promoters, and their immediate families, as well as the Promoters’ related companies, agencies, suppliers, and all employees of the Queensland Government are not eligible to enter. Entrants into this Promotion must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry.
Promotion Period	Promotion commences 0:01am AEDT on Monday, 3 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Friday, 12 December 2025.
Entry Method	Subject to the Entry Restrictions above, customers of the Promoters who, during the Promotion Period: order and take delivery of a new or used vehicle through Smart, Smartleasing, or Autopia; obtain vehicle finance for that vehicle through Smart, Smartleasing, or Autopia; and receive confirmation from Smart, Smartleasing, or Autopia (as applicable) that the novated lease has been settled, will receive one (1) entry into the draw. If the vehicle order is cancelled prior to or during the Prize Draw, the customer will no longer be deemed eligible, and therefore will not be able to claim any prize. Once an entrant has won a prize, they will not be eligible to win an additional prize during the Promotion Period.
Prize Pool	The total Prize Pool is valued at $30,000 AUD consisting of thirty (30) individual prizes.Each individual prize is comprised of: Two (2) x $500 Woolworths Supermarket “Simply Groceries” Store eGift Cards (eGift Cards) totalling a value of $1,000 AUD per winner eGift Cards are issued by Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675. Prize Draw	Thirty (30) winners will be selected at random using a randomiser software tool from the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will take place at 11:00am AEDT on Monday, 15 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises being Level 15, Darling Park Tower 2, 201 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000. Prizes will be issued in the form of an eGift card, which will be delivered to the winner’s nominated email address within five (5) weeks of the Prize Draw.
Notification Details	The name/s (last name, first initial) and postcode of the prize winners will be published online at www.smart.com.au and www.autopia.com.au within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw. The winners will also be notified in writing by email within seven (7) business days of the Prize Draw.
Prize Claim Date	Winners will have thirty (30) days from being notified to claim their prize by following the prompts in the Promoter’s notification email.
Unclaimed Prize Draw	If any prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, all entrants will then be entered into the Unclaimed Prize Draw which will take place at 3:00pm AEDT on Monday, 16 February 2026, at the Promoters’ premises, being Level 15, Darling Park Tower 2, 201 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in writing within seven (7) business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The name/s (last name, first initial) and postcode of the winners (if awarded in the Unclaimed Prize Draw) will also be published online at www.smart.com.au  and www.autopia.com.au within two (2) business days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All information set out in the Schedule, including regarding the Prize Pool and Entry Restrictions, forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter does not take any responsibility for the cost of, or any other costs related to, the entrants’ access to the Promoter’s network of salary packaging or novated leasing companies’ websites or applications, including but not limited to the cost of internet connection or bandwidth usage. 
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected emails in relation to this Promotion which are not received by eligible entrants, or any delays in the receipt of emails in relation to this Promotion due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
Prizes or any unused portion of any prize are not transferable or exchangeable.  Prizes or any unused portion of any prize cannot be taken as cash and no prizes are redeemable for cash.
All entries become and will remain the property of the Promoter.
In the event of a war, act of terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
As a condition of accepting a prize in this Promotion, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring their contact details are correct and accurate, so that they can be contacted by their given email address, if they win. If the Promoter or its authorised agents are unable to contact the winner for whatever reason, the Promoter, in its absolute discretion may redraw the prize; in which case, the original winner’s entitlement will lapse.
If a prize(s) is/are not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or prizes in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value without prior notice to you, subject to any written directions from the various regulatory authorities.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, employment and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the Promotion, including for the purposes of identifying and notifying winners and awarding prizes, and may, for this purpose, use the PI and disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. PI may be used for marketing purposes in the future. Each Promoter will use and handle PI in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be viewed online at https://www.smartgroup.com.au/privacy-policy (Privacy Policy). The Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI and how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
