If you drive an EV or hybrid, you’re covered for a flat or faulty battery, and mobile chargers are available in limited areas.

Roadside assistance also extends to trailer problems, including caravan and boat trailers up to 5.7m long.

Wherever you are, we’ll arrange a tow to the nearest service centre if you need it.

• Metro: free towing up to 20km from breakdown.
• Rural: free towing up to 60km from breakdown.
• Remote: free towing if breakdown is up to 160km from service provider.

If you’re in an accident we’ll co-ordinate towing and alternative transport, and cover ambulance costs if needed (up to $100).
