The property market on the Gold Coast is booming; our coastal skyline dotted with cranes and towers. The southern Gold Coast is no exception. We were commissioned to develop a creative strategy and solution for Lacey Group’s flagship project on Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach. Palm Beach on the Gold Coast is undergoing a cultural transformation. While Jefferson Lane itself has long been a desired address, in the last few years the suburb’s evolution has made it an epicentre for the Coast’s best restaurants and the area’s popularity is on the rise.
Our challenge was to capture this unique lifestyle and the luxury of the development in our creative strategy and solution.

Named The Jefferson, the creative solution was bespoke, elegant and exclusive, creating the look and feel of a private invitation to discover this special lifestyle. From the textured, sand-inspired brochure cover through to the introspective video, every piece of collateral exuded luxury with a style that’s unique to Palm Beach and this project.
The Jefferson project launched in May 2017 and secured high sales during the first few weeks of launch.
