We were excited to develop a creative strategy and solution for Lacey Group’s flagship project on Jefferson Lane.
Jefferson Lane is an enclave of premier, luxury and tightly-held real estate on the Southern Gold Coast.
It has long been a desired address but with Palm Beach’s emerging dining and entertainment precinct, the suburb is flourishing.
With luxury, location and affordability combined, it provided an exciting opportunity.
An opportunity to have front row seats to the lifestyle on offer: your life.
It is a life in the front row.
Named The Jefferson, the creative solution was bespoke, elegant and exclusive, creating the look and feel of a private invitation to discover this special lifestyle.
Inspired by Jefferson Lane’s timeless, enviable address and Palm Beach’s contemporary and ongoing transformation, we captured the feeling of living here at The Jefferson and communicated that exact feeling through every piece of collateral.
From the textured, sand-inspired brochure cover through to the introspective video, every piece of collateral exuded luxury with a style that’s unique to Palm Beach and this project.
