They say a picture’s worth a thousand words and in advertising, the proverb is true. Photography plays an important role in creating a distinct and recognizable brand identity and great imagery can have a huge impact.
SMART was tasked with the challenge of concepting, developing and executing a library of photographic assets as part of the website development for Gordon Corp.
The photography needed to capture the key pillars of the newly established business and create a bold visual identity for the brand. The result was images that spoke to the industrial, commercial and residential facets of the business to create a distinct look and feel.
Shot in the urban metropolises of Brisbane and Melbourne, the photography used a combination of unusual perspectives, colour tonal treatments and a tilt shift lens to create a unique library of assets inspired by the corporate colour palette.
The photography will be used throughout a range of corporate material as well as on the website currently being developed.
